Repeating the same action is often considered useless, just like moving the pot back and forth and ripping a row. In overlaying an animation of younger me with the action of crocheting, I wanted to contrast the learning pace of parents and children. In thinking about the genuine curiosity of exploring and the fear being a mother for the first time, I reflected on my childhood and my relationship with my parents.
